Never point production ERP at sandbox without an explicit sync fence.

What sandbox provides

• Test API keys (isk_test_…)
• Synthetic catalog & orders
• Fake payments (no real capture)
• Signed test webhooks (webhook.test + real event shapes)
• Same rate-limit headers (Starter-class)
• API Explorer / Postman against sandbox base URL

What sandbox does not guarantee

• Identical latency to production
• Unlimited retention of test data
• Real carrier / PSP behaviour
• Contractual SLA (see Enterprise Order Form for prod)

Reset

BO action or support ticket: reset sandbox tenant data. Production never reset via this path.
